We provide a full replacement guarantee for the account if a technical issue prevents you from logging in for the first time, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The store is not responsible for account termination or suspension resulting from:
Policy Violations: Any breach of Google’s terms of service after receipt.
Prohibited Content: Attempting to publish apps that violate copyrights or are classified as scams.
Unsafe Environments: Logging in from an insecure environment (e.g., previously banned IPs or "flagged" devices).
Cancellation and refund requests are only eligible if the account data has not yet been sent to you. Once digital delivery is complete, the sale is considered final.
